• 500g beef mince or Diced chuck beef
• 1 tbsp oil
• Tortillas & your favourite salsa

  1. Mix spices, beef and oil
  2. Heat pan
  3. Cook until rich, juicy and full of flavour
  4. Load into tacos, nachos or burritos and get stuck in.
